WLG in Mons, Belgium is seeking a senior engineer to own and manage the Atlassian collaboration platform for a multinational defence security centre. You will administer Jira Data Center and Confluence Data Center, integrate with the wider MS SharePoint ecosystem, and ensure security and resilience.

You will lead deployments, patching, migrations, and customisations while collaborating with security teams and business users.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Jira Data Center or Confluence Data Center (5+ years).
• Linux system administration.
• Scripting for automation: Bash and Python.
• Strong Java, Groovy, and ScriptRunner knowledge.
• Strong networking and security practice.
• Experience with migrations in Atlassian stack.
• Experience with IT service management.
• Ownership: able to finish what you start.
• Excellent information management and clear technical communication.
• Professional English.

Responsabilités

• Deploying, installing and configuring Jira Software Data Center and Confluence Data Center.
• Integrating plugins, add-ons and integrations to meet needs.
• Guarding confidentiality and data integrity.
• Proactive maintenance: users, access control, permissions.
• Handling change requests: releases, security patches, features.
• Vendor support for bugs and feature requests.
• Monitoring performance, troubleshooting, tuning for security and reliability.
• Running backups and disaster recovery testing.
• Applying security patches and audits.
• Supporting users and migrating data; customizing workflows and dashboards.
