Rhox is seeking a senior IT project manager to lead Microsoft 365 implementation projects from presales to production. You will manage internal staff and consultants, ensure quality, and drive capability development within the team.

You will shape concepts, oversee planning and budgeting, and maintain strong client communications, while promoting knowledge sharing across projects managed by the team and clients.

Qualifications

• Extensive IT project management experience with end-to-end delivery.
• PRINCE2 certification is required.
• Experience with presales, concept design, solution construction and production release.
• Experience leading teams of internal staff and consultants.
• Strong stakeholder communication and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of Agile, Kanban, and BPMN methodologies.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint/Office 365, Power Apps and Power Automate.
• SQL knowledge (DML, DDL, DCL) and ITIL awareness.

Responsabilités

• Lead Microsoft 365 IT implementation projects from presales through production.
• Build schedules, monitor deadlines, budgets, quality and delivery outcomes.
• Coordinate communication between clients, management and project stakeholders.
• Report progress and problems regularly in a structured format.
• Manage and develop internal employees and consultants through evaluations and regular discussions.
• Plan team capacity, allocate resources, support recruitment and maintain team operations.
• Develop team capabilities and promote knowledge sharing across projects.
