Rhox is seeking a senior IT project manager to lead Microsoft 365 implementation projects from presales to production. You will manage internal staff and consultants, ensure quality, and drive capability development within the team.

You will shape concepts, oversee planning and budgeting, and maintain strong client communications, while promoting knowledge sharing across projects managed by the team and clients.

Qualifications

• Extensive IT project management experience with end-to-end delivery.
• PRINCE2 certification is required.
• Experience with presales, concept design, solution construction and production release.
• Experience leading teams of internal staff and consultants.
• Strong stakeholder communication and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of Agile, Kanban, and BPMN methodologies.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint/Office 365, Power Apps and Power Automate.
• SQL knowledge (DML, DDL, DCL) and ITIL awareness.

An IT services organisation delivers Microsoft 365 implementation projects for clients. This senior role leads each project from presales through production, while managing internal employees and consultants and developing the team's capabilities.

The mission

Projects span the complete delivery cycle. From presales, you help shape the concept and carry it through solution construction, change management and production release. You establish the plan, monitor deadlines, follow the budget closely and control quality. You facilitate communication between every party involved, provide regular, structured updates to clients and management, and report problems quickly. You keep delivery focused on its expected result, while coordinating the project methods and Microsoft 365 knowledge needed for implementation.

As team leader, you have line responsibility for a team of internal employees and consultants. You hold regular performance and evaluation discussions, motivate people, support their development and manage the team's capacity plan. You assign resources to projects, contribute to recruitment and help maintain the team's effective operation. As competence centre lead, you develop capabilities proactively so they match future client needs. You organise knowledge sharing and promote the reuse of learning across projects managed by the team and, more broadly, by clients.

Your profile

Essential skills

• Several years of professional IT project management experience, including end-to-end IT implementation projects.
• Project management experience covering planning, budget monitoring, quality control, stakeholder communication and delivery reporting.
• Experience across presales, concept design, solution construction, change management and production release.
• Confirmed people management experience with line responsibility for evaluating, motivating and developing team members.
• PRINCE2 certification (required).
• Experience with Agile methods, Kanban and BPMN.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint / Office 365, SharePoint 2019, Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Knowledge of SQL, including DML, DDL and DCL.
• ITIL certification or knowledge.
• A strong sense of responsibility, with a client and results orientation.
• Strong communication and writing skills, persistence and negotiation ability.
