Job summary

Inetum Belgium seeks a Senior Microsoft 365 Consultant to guide organizations through Identity & Exchange transformations, focusing on Entra ID, Azure AD, Exchange Online, tenant-to-tenant migrations, and PowerShell automation.

You will lead challenging projects, design hybrid and cloud‑native Exchange environments, and supervise AD consolidations, carve‑outs, and security governance in complex enterprise settings.

Qualifications

• Experience as M365/Exchange/Cloud/Identity consultant.
• Ability to perform complex migrations and architectures end-to-end.
• Security‑first mindset and ability to communicate with IT and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing Identity solutions (Entra ID / Azure AD).
• Perform tenant-to-tenant migrations (Exchange, identities, workloads).
• Designing hybrid and cloud-native Exchange environments.
• Supervising AD consolidations, carve-outs and greenfield setups.
• Implementing Identity & Access governance and security.
• Automating processes with PowerShell.
• Advising on best practices in Modern Workplace and cloud-first architecture.

We are looking for a Senior Microsoft 365 Consultant with strong expertise in Entra ID, Azure AD, Exchange Online, Tenant-to-Tenant Migrations and PowerShell automation.

You will join a team of experts that guides organizations through complex Microsoft 365 processes: from carve-outs and consolidations to complete cloud transformations.

Your responsibilities

You are a trusted advisor to our clients and work on challenging projects such as:

• Designing and implementing Identity solutions (Entra ID / Azure AD)

• Supervising AD consolidations, carve-outs and greenfield setups

You will work both autonomously and in a team in high-complexity enterprise environments.

• You have relevant experience as an M365 / Exchange / Cloud / Identity consultant
• You can perform complex migrations and architectures end-to-end
• You think in terms of solutions and have a security-first mindset
• You communicate fluently with both IT and business stakeholders

You are proactive and follow the evolutions within Microsoft 365
