Job summary

Inetum Belgium recruits a Senior Microsoft 365 Consultant to guide clients through complex identity and cloud transformation projects, including Entra ID, Azure AD, and Exchange Online. You will design and implement migrations, hybrid and cloud-native Exchange environments, and governance solutions, collaborating with IT and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable Modern Workplace solutions.

We are looking for a Senior Microsoft 365 Consultant with strong expertise in Entra ID, Azure AD, Exchange Online, Tenant-to-Tenant Migrations and PowerShell automation.

You will join a team of experts that guides organizations through complex Microsoft 365 processes: from carve-outs and consolidations to complete cloud transformations.

Your responsibilities

You are a trusted advisor to our clients and work on challenging projects such as:

• Designing and implementing Identity solutions (Entra ID / Azure AD)
• Perform tenant-to-tenant migrations (Exchange, identities, workloads)
• Designing hybrid and cloud-native Exchange environments
• Supervising AD consolidations, carve-outs and greenfield setups
• Implementing Identity & Access governance and security
• Automating processes with PowerShell, ...
• Advising on best practices in Modern Workplace and cloud-first architecture

You will work both autonomously and in a team in high-complexity enterprise environments.

Your experience & background

• You have relevant experience as an M365 / Exchange / Cloud / Identity consultant
• You can perform complex migrations and architectures end-to-end
• You think in terms of solutions and have a security-first mindset
• You communicate fluently with both IT and business stakeholders
• You are proactive and follow the evolutions within Microsoft 365
