Job summary

Avertim is seeking a MES Project Manager to lead Manufacturing Execution System implementations and optimization projects in regulated Life Sciences environments. You will drive digital transformation on the shop floor, ensuring alignment between business needs, technical solutions, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities include end-to-end MES delivery, cross-functional coordination, and maintaining compliance with GxP, CSV, FDA/EMA regulations.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of MES project management experience in pharma/biotech/medtech.
• Strong knowledge of MES platforms and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end MES projects from scoping to deployment and validation.
• Manage timelines, resources, budgets and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with GxP, CSV and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate IT, manufacturing, quality and external vendors.
