Eastpak, part of VF Corporation, is seeking a Senior Merchandiser in Antwerp to align merchandising strategies with brand objectives and drive growth across channels. You will own seasonal line plans, analyse performance, and shape GTM strategies with cross‑functional partners, ensuring consistency of assortments and regional relevance worldwide.

The role requires 5+ years in merchandising, strong Excel skills, and fluent English.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Merchandising or related fields.
• Analytical with strong product affinity.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Translate consumer, market, and competitive insights into actionable product and assortment briefings for the product development team.
• Develop a globally consistent assortment while considering local nuances and opportunities.
• Establish understanding of regional markets and tailor merchandising strategies for growth.
• Embrace an omnichannel approach and create assortments fit for digital and DTC channels.
• Own KPI ownership: revenue, margin, productivity, sell‑through and inventory efficiency.
• Own seasonal line plans and perform SKU‑level productivity analyses to improve line efficiency.
• Ensure accuracy across systems (Grid, Line lists, Analyses).
• Drive seasonal sales reps samples and follow the process.
• Contribute to GTM strategies and commercial priorities across channels and markets.
• Provide inputs into seasonal forecasting and demand planning with Planning and Sales.
• Lead post‑season reviews and drive continuous assortment optimization.
