Job summary

Vivid Resourcing Ltd is seeking a permanent Senior Precision Mechanical Engineer to join an international engineering organisation in Limburg. The role focuses on designing high-precision components and assemblies, producing 3D CAD models and manufacturing drawings, and guiding projects from concept to full systems.

Qualifications

• A degree in mechanical engineering, precision mechanics or a related technical discipline.
• Several years of experience in precision mechanical design or mechanical engineering.
• Strong experience with 3D CAD and the creation of detailed technical drawings.
• A good understanding of mechanical components, materials, manufacturing processes and tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing high-precision mechanical components, mechanisms and systems.
• Creating detailed 3D CAD models, technical drawings and manufacturing documentation.
• Selecting appropriate materials, components and manufacturing methods for precision applications.
• Taking ownership of projects from initial concept through to a fully functioning system.
• Providing technical guidance and knowledge-sharing to junior engineers and designers.
• Ensuring designs meet requirements for quality, cost, performance and delivery.

We are working with an employer who are looking for a permanent Senior Precision Mechanical Engineer to join an international engineering organisation in the Limburg area. The employer is looking for an experienced mechanical engineer with a strong background in precision mechanical design,. ideally within a high-tech or custom-engineered environment.

About you
