Johnson & Johnson Innovation in Beerse, Belgium, seeks a Senior Manager / Associate Director for the Parenterals & Liquids Development (PLD) within Drug Product R&D. You will advance formulation, supervise transfers, and drive multiple programs toward CMC milestones while ensuring GMP, safety, and compliance.

You will mentor scientists, lead a team, and collaborate with adjacent departments to deliver innovative drug delivery solutions across routes and platforms.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences or equivalent required.
• 10+ years developing drug products in pharma.
• Experience with parenterals and liquids formulation and process development for synthetic compounds.

Responsabilités

• Advance formulation and process development for small molecules, peptides and oligonucleotides.
• Lead technology transfers and regulatory submissions.
• Guide multiple programs and align with CMC objectives and timelines.
• Plan resources, set priorities and resolve overlaps.
• Uphold quality, compliance and safety (GMP) and EH&S.
