Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, IM TranSCend Source, within IM Supply Chain Procurement Excellence. The role will own the Innovative Medicine Source process, translate requirements into a scalable global design, and lead cross-functional decisions through governance.

The position drives global standardization, data governance, and deployment across planning, manufacturing, quality, and finance, with a focus on delivering measurable business value and patient impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• MBA or professional certification preferred.
• Experience with SAP ERP/SAP S/4HANA implementations and cross-functional procurement.

Responsibilities

• Own the Source process design and requirements with global scope.
• Lead design decisions within delegated authority and governance.
• Define Source capability roadmap with stakeholders.
• Align Procurement, Planning, Finance, Quality, Compliance, and Technology for standardization.
• Deliver high-quality business design with controls and data integrity.
• Lead data governance, cleansing, migration, and validation.
• Lead testing and change-management activities for deployment.
• Manage risks, milestones, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Lead global teams through influence and drive measurable business value.
