CellCarta in Antwerp seeks a Senior Manager, Facilities & EH&S to lead the site's facilities, safety, and environmental health programs. You will oversee building operations, utilities, and compliance, ensuring reliable service and a safe workplace for teams advancing human health.

You will coordinate business continuity, manage vendor relationships, coach technical staff, and act as the primary contact for facility-related questions.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, maintenance, and all facets of facility operations.
• Level 1 Prevention Advisor diploma, preferably with 3 years of experience in a laboratory environment
• Sound knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Working knowledge of project management principles and practices
• Advanced knowledge of Dutch and English, both spoken and written
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Dynamic team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently
• Good documentation skills (accurate and detail-oriented)
• Experience with drawing software packages (AutoCAD 2D) is an asset
• Flexible with regard to working hours

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day facilities management on the Antwerp site.
• Ensure facilities meet regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain HVAC, generators, access control and monitoring systems.
• Manage maintenance contracts and vendor relationships.
• Coordinate waste management and cleaning procedures.
• Lead KPI follow-up and reporting.
• Head of Internal Prevention Service and CPPW duties.
• Coordinate EH&S risk assessments and training.
