Salute is seeking a Senior Data Center Facilities Engineer for our Ternat, Brussels location to lead a small team and manage critical data center infrastructure. You’ll monitor, maintain, and continuously improve HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire/life safety systems, working in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.

You will cover long shifts, respond to incidents, and collaborate across teams to ensure uptime and reliability for mission-critical operations.

Qualifications

• HVAC/LVAP knowledge; certification as Data Centre Expert or CTDC is a bonus.
• Interest in preventative maintenance of mechanical/electrical systems.
• Background in data centers or critical facilities.
• Comfortable covering 12-hour shifts including nights and weekends.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsabilités

• Monitor, operate, and maintain data center infrastructure to ensure uptime.
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety and control systems.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and client issues promptly.
• Collaborate with team to troubleshoot, optimize, and improve procedures.
• Contribute to documentation, checklists, and standard operating procedures for 24/7 operations.
