Sia, a leading global management consulting group, invites ambitious Senior Consultants to join our team in Belgium. You will work on transformation projects, performing data structuring and analysis, benchmarks, interviews, and workshops to drive client outcomes.

You will mentor juniors, contribute to knowledge creation, and collaborate across industries. A strong interest in data/AI and fluency in Dutch are essential, with travel to France and the Netherlands expected.

Qualifications

• Master degree in Civil or Commercial Engineering.
• 3 to 6 years experience as a consultant.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Interest in energy sector and data/AI topics.
• Willing to participate in temporary assignments abroad (France, Netherlands).
• Languages: French, Dutch and English; Dutch is a must.

Responsabilités

• Involved in transformation projects for clients, executing assignments.
• Perform intelligent data structuring and data analysis.
• Conduct benchmarks, people interviews, and workshop facilitation.
• Create process maps and functional specifications.
• Coach new hires and juniors; contribute to knowledge sharing across industries.
