Sia Belgium is seeking a (Senior) Manager for Energy, Resources & Utilities to lead missions, guide teams, and grow our market presence. You will shape client solutions, contribute to proposals, and develop thought leadership while coordinating with colleagues across the Sia group.

From our Brussels office, you will build relationships with customers, drive growth, and mentor consultants. Strong energy sector expertise and a passion for data and AI are a plus.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from a top university in engineering, business, economics or related field.
• 6–10 years of relevant energy, resources & utilities consulting experience.
• Strong business development, leadership and client-facing skills.
• Proven ability to manage projects and lead teams.
• Interest in data and AI topics with ability to quickly build expertise.

Responsabilités

• Lead consulting missions and manage client engagements in Belgium.
• Coach consultants and steer teams in the Energy, Resources & Utilities line.
• Develop market share, tailor offers to market needs, and pursue proposals.
• Drive thought leadership and develop case studies, articles, and insights.
• Build relationships with customers and manage cross-functional pursuits.
