Job summary

threon - strategy delivered is seeking a Project Manager to lead client projects from initiation to closure.

You’ll drive delivery, ensure on-time results and maintain quality standards by coordinating with stakeholders and teams across multiple industries.Fluent in Dutch and English (French a plus), you’ll apply project management methodologies, define objectives and scope, manage plans and budgets, and be willing to work at customer sites within a reasonable distance to enable successful

• 4–10 years of experience in Project Management.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
• Proficient in Project Management methodologies and frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Collaborate with customers to define objectives, requirements and scope.
• Develop PM plans, budgets and schedules and monitor risks and issues.
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders and support organizational change initiatives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to raise the client's Project Management maturity.

As a Project Manager you’ll apply your expertise directly at our customers where you’ll:

• Take the lead on your project(s) from start to finish, guaranteeing that projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards
• Collaborate closely with the customer to establish project objectives, requirements and scope
• Develop comprehensive project management plans, budgets and schedules, while actively monitoring progress and promptly addressing any risks or issues as they arise
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, addressing their concerns and keeping them updated throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, support organizational change initiatives
• Enhance client’s overall Project Management maturity by being a trusted advisor who leads by example

What do you bring to the table?

• You’re fluent in Dutch and English (a must!), French is a big plus
• You ideally have between 4 and 10 years of experience in Project Management
• You know how to apply Project Management methodologies and want to apply it to a wide range of industries
• You’re possess soft skills such as stakeholder management, communication skills, adaptability, ...
• You are flexible in your working locations and willing to work from our customer’s sites (within a reasonable distance)
