POLITICO is seeking an experienced Production Director to lead the creative and operational production of POLITICO Live events across Europe with a focus on Brussels or London. You will own end-to-end delivery from concept to onsite execution, shaping formats, budgets, and partnerships while collaborating with editorial, sales, and external stakeholders.

• 8+ years of experience in high scale event planning and production.
• Experience managing teams or projects.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead the creative and operational production of POLITICO Live events from concept to onsite execution.
• Translate objectives into production concepts engaging audiences and stakeholders.
• Develop scalable, repeatable event production processes with leadership.
• Manage logistics including venue selection, AV deliverables, design, budgeting, and promotional activities.
• Direct shows and coordinate with AV teams for high‑quality content and live delivery.
• Collaborate with editorial, sales, marketing, design, clients, speakers and vendors.
