POLITICO Europe is seeking an experienced Production Director to lead POLITICO Live's events portfolio across Europe, from concept through onsite execution. The role requires strategic, creative, and operational leadership to grow the live events business and deliver high-caliber experiences that align with editorial ambitions.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in event production, strong stakeholder management, and a proven ability to manage budgets, teams, and venues across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in high-scale event planning and production for media or branded content.
• 4+ years of experience show-calling, stage managing, and running on-site with AV vendors.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead the creative and operational production of POLITICO Live events from concept to onsite execution.
• Translate objectives into compelling production concepts for influential audiences and partners.
• Develop scalable production processes and ensure consistent implementation across portfolios.
• Oversee logistics, budgets, venues, AV deliverables, and onsite delivery.
• Direct shows and coordinate with AV teams for high-quality content.
