POLITICO Europe is seeking a Production Associate for POLITICO Live events across Europe, based in Brussels. You will support the planning and delivery of high-profile policy events, including logistics, budgets, and vendor coordination, reporting to the Executive Director for production and operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in event management and/or production or related field.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities; strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment and manage multiple events.

Responsabilités

• Support production and execution of POLITICO Live events across Europe.
• Coordinate event logistics including plans, timelines, budgets, and operations.
• Assist with venue coordination, A/V needs, assets, budgets, and marketing deliverables.
• Partner with editorial, sales, marketing, design and operations teams and external vendors.
• Maintain timelines, schedules, agendas, and planning documents; provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Support process improvement by maintaining templates and tracking deliverables.
• Stay informed on event industry trends and best practices.
