POLITICO Live is seeking a Production Director to lead the creative and operational production of high-profile events across Europe, from concept through onsite delivery. You will translate objectives into scalable production concepts and supervise budgets, venues, and AV with the leadership team to ensure brand-aligned experiences.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive new formats and technologies in a fast-paced media environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in high-scale event planning and production.
• Experience leading teams and managing budgets.
• Strong English; French, Dutch, German, or Spanish a plus.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead the creative and operational production of POLITICO Live events from concept to onsite delivery.
• Translate event objectives into compelling production concepts engaging audiences and partners.
• Develop scalable production planning processes aligned with business goals.
• Oversee logistics including venue selection, AV, design, budgeting, and promotions.
• Direct and call shows, coordinating with AV to deliver high-quality content.
• Collaborate across editorial, sales, marketing, design, and external stakeholders.
