Job summary

Aon Belgium in Diegem is seeking a Medior or Senior Broker Liability to join our team. The role focuses on managing and growing client portfolios with expertise in General Liability, Products Liability, and related risk areas for national and international clients.

As lead advisor you’ll assess risk, develop renewal and placement strategies, negotiate policy wordings, and stay ahead of regulatory changes to deliver outstanding service and measurable client happiness.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Law, Economics, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years (mid) to 8–10 years (senior) in Liability Insurance or related fields.
• Proven teammate with strong relationship-building skills internally and with clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and develop your client portfolio in liability lines for national and international clients.
• Act as lead advisor, assessing business risk and delivering informed advice.
• Develop renewal and placement strategies and draft policy wordings.
• Monitor regulatory changes and market conditions to protect client interests.
• Build relationships with clients, markets, and Aon specialists globally.
