Aon Belgium in Diegem seeks a Medior or Senior Broker Liability to join our team. You will engage with a world-class team, manage complex liability portfolios, and deliver tailored risk solutions for our diverse clients.

The role requires strong client advisory skills, experience in liability insurance, and the ability to operate across national and international markets.

You will collaborate with colleagues and clients to optimize coverage while staying compliant with evolving regulations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Law, Economics, or equivalent experience.
• 3–10 years of Liability Insurance or related legal/consulting experience.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Preferably trilingual with fluency in French or Dutch and English.

Responsabilités

• Manage and develop your client portfolio across liability lines.
• Act as lead advisor, understanding client business and risk strategies.
• Develop renewal and placement strategies for clients.
• Draft manuscript policy wordings and service programs.
• Stay updated on regulations and market conditions.
• Conduct contract reviews on client requests.
• Build relationships with clients, markets, and Aon specialists globally.
