Aon Belgium is seeking a Senior Liability Broker to join the Liability team and advise national and international clients on liability and insurance-related matters. You will analyze regulatory developments, translate them into practical guidance, and act as a trusted advisor on complex risk scenarios.

You will build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders, review agreements, draft tailored clauses, and coordinate with insurers on coverage, renewals, and tenders.

Qualifications

• Belgi an Master’s degree in Law is required.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience as a lawyer or legal counsel with exposure to liability-related matters.
• Interest or experience in construction, life sciences or environmental risks is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Analyze legislative and regulatory developments and translate them into practical advice for clients.
• Advise on a broad spectrum of liability matters including general, professional and construction liabilities.
• Review commercial agreements and advise on contractual liability and insurance implications.
• Draft and negotiate bespoke insurance policies and clauses.
• Manage renewals and tenders and coordinate with insurers on coverage.
• Develop senior client relationships and collaborate across departments.
