NTT DATA Belgium is seeking a motivated Legal Counsel to support Benelux and France, providing pragmatic, business‑oriented legal advice on commercial contracts, IT and technology agreements, procurement, governance, data protection, IP and litigation support.

You will work with business teams across the region, draft and negotiate agreements, review tenders, manage corporate housekeeping, assist with disputes, and help improve legal processes in a fast-paced international environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Law from a recognised university and qualification to practise in Belgium or France.
• Approximately 3–5 years of relevant legal experience, ideally in an international setting.
• Strong experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Good understanding of procurement, commercial and technology-related legal matters.
• Ability to translate legal risks into pragmatic, business-oriented advice.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work across functions.

Responsabilités

• Commercial & IT contracting: drafting and negotiating IT/technology services agreements, MSAs, SOWs, NDAs and related contracts.
• Public and private tenders: review documentation and support negotiations.
• Corporate: governance matters and day-to-day corporate questions for entities in the region.
• Litigation & claims: assist in disputes and coordinate with external counsel when needed.
• Compliance & risk: support ethics, gifts/hospitality, conflicts of interest and reporting obligations.
• General legal support for the business in an international IT/consulting environment.
