Wlgroup in Belgium is seeking three engineers for a role based at Braine-l'Alleud with 50% on-site work. The position covers third-line application support, cloud configuration, and a growing AI tooling strand in production.

You will deploy and manage Windows and Linux servers, configure Azure and AWS, and monitor performance while collaborating with CIS and other support staff. Hybrid work until December 2026.

Qualifications

• Real third-line application support on Windows and Linux servers.
• Atlassian administration and configuration in an enterprise setting.
• Cloud configuration in Azure and AWS, with identity integration.
• Ability to work to service levels and maintain proper documentation.
• Interest in AI-integration work and related tooling.

Responsabilités

• Deploy and manage server applications on Windows and Linux, integrating with identity providers.
• Support the creation and deployment of client applications on end-user workstations.
• Manage and configure the Atlassian product set.
• Keep the operational and support environments maintained, and monitor application performance.
• Gather and report metrics and KPIs, and support in-service operation of the systems.
• Configure cloud components across Azure and AWS, including identity groups and roles.
• Deploy, configure and support AI-based solutions and agents, and their integration with production apps, ensuring monitoring.
• Provide second- and third-line support for end-users per SLAs and triage issues.
• Support CIS support units and other staff in daily operations.

This is the escalation point. When a commercial application that thousands of people depend on stops behaving, it reaches this desk — and it is also this desk that decides how the next one gets deployed, integrated and monitored so it does not.

Three positions are open on the same requirement, based at Braine-l'Alleud with half the week on site. The work spans classic third-line application engineering, cloud configuration, and a growing strand of AI tooling going into production.

What you would be doing

• Deploy and manage server applications on Windows and Linux, and integrate them with identity providers.
• Support the creation and deployment of client applications on end-user workstations.
• Manage and configure the Atlassian product set.
• Keep the operational and support environments maintained, and monitor application performance.
• Gather and report metrics and KPIs, and support in-service operation of the systems.
• Configure cloud components across Azure and AWS, including identity groups and roles.
• Deploy, configure and support AI-based solutions, tools and agents, and their integration with the commercial applications in production — then keep them monitored and maintained.
• Provide second- and third-line support for end-user queries to the agreed service levels, troubleshooting software issues with minimal disruption.
• Support the local CIS support units and other support staff in daily operations.

What we are looking for

• Real third-line application support experience on both Windows and Linux servers.
• Atlassian administration and configuration in an enterprise setting.
• Cloud configuration in Azure and AWS, and identity integration.
• Working to service levels in a support organisation, and the documentation habits that go with it.
• An appetite for the AI-integration strand — this part of the role is being built now.

Based at Braine-l'Alleud, Belgium, 50% on site, running to the end of December 2026.
