You will lead renewals, pricing discussions, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to deliver service excellence; frequent travel across Belgium and Europe is expected. Fluent Dutch, French, and English are required.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in strategic B2B Key Account Management.
• Experience managing large and complex accounts.
• Strong negotiation skills with exposure to senior decision-makers.
• Knowledge of logistics, transportation or supply chain beneficial.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel across Belgium and Europe.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the main point of contact for strategic customers across Belgium and Europe.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders within client organisations.
• Proactively identify risks, challenges, and opportunities to improve the customer experience.
• Lead contract renewals, commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and volume agreements.
• Coordinate customer escalations and develop effective solutions with internal teams.
• Work closely with operational teams to ensure service excellence and continuous improvement.
• Monitor account performance, profitability, and commercial KPIs.
• Collaborate with multiple internal departments and sites across Belgium.
• Contribute to business development within existing accounts and growth opportunities.
