Swift Software is seeking an experienced Lead Java Developer based in Brussels to support the Data Management Platform development. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience in systems development, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership position, and possesses strong expertise in Java 11 and Java 17.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in systems development; with at least 2 years in a team leader role.
• Proven expertise in data engineering and software development.
• Hands-on experience on a Data Management Platform.

Responsabilités

• Own the technical vision for core components of the Data Management Platform.
• Drive design decisions and participate in design reviews.
• Ensure operational excellence in production stability and monitoring.
