You will lead a full‑stack Java squad in an agile environment, shaping high‑availability solutions and cybersecurity alignment with European directives. Based in Belgium, you will mentor developers and drive performance, reliability, and on‑call readiness for production systems.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 5–10 years of experience as a Senior Java Full‑Stack Engineer or Technical Lead.
- Confirmed experience in Agile/Scrum (Scrum Master certification is a plus).
Responsabilités
- Act as Technical Lead within a full‑stack Java squad.
- Design, develop, and maintain complex real‑time applications, including new features and refactoring.
- Ensure performance, reliability, and high availability of production systems.
- Support and coach developers through strong technical expertise.
- Promote clean, readable, and reusable code.
- Produce and maintain technical and functional documentation.
- Apply internal guidelines, standards, and procedures.
- After onboarding, participate in a 24/7 on‑call rotation (approx. one week every eight weeks)
