Job summary

Connect Consulting is seeking a Java Developer to join an agile team focused on delivering value every sprint. The role centers on advanced Java, Spring Boot, and cloud-native microservices in a modern, collaborative environment that values learning and continuous improvement.

You will work with Docker and Kubernetes, contribute to architectural decisions, ensure security standards, and partner with the Product Owner and teammates to refine the backlog and deploy reliable software increments

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Must have Java expert knowledge with Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with microservices architectures.
• Cloud development skills and knowledge of architecture, OS, networks, databases, and middleware.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to delivering a product at the end of each sprint.
• Collaborate closely with team members and Product Owner.
• Adhere to scrum values and share knowledge with the team.
• Support deployment and operation of microservices in cloud environments.
