Aikido Security is seeking a hands-on Senior IT & Security professional to own and scale our global internal IT environment and roadmap. You’ll own the internal IT roadmap and day-to-day operations across identity, devices, offices, and tooling, ensuring our IT setup meets security and compliance requirements.

You will drive IAM, SSO, MDM, endpoint management, and workplace technology standards across multiple offices and remote teams, shaping a secure, scalable platform at a high-growth SaaS

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in internal IT or IT operations, ideally in a SaaS company
• Hands-on experience with IAM, SSO, SAML, MDM, and endpoint management
• Experience owning internal IT across multiple offices and remote teams
• Good understanding of IT security, access control, and physical security
• Hands-on experience with ISO 27001, SOC 2, or similar frameworks
• Able to set direction, challenge existing approaches, and independently drive secure and scalable solutions
• Being well structured and organized
