Job summary

Daikin Europe is seeking a senior Information Security professional to lead and support the ISMS across the EMEA region. You will define processes and controls to ensure policy compliance, drive remediation of gaps, and architect information security within Daikin EMEA in collaboration with global teams.

Qualifications

• Proven 5+ years in information security, ideally in multinational or regulated environments.
• Knowledge of ISMS, risk management, and compliance standards (ISO27001, NIS2, GDPR).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in English.
• Ability to work independently and across departments and geographies.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, ISO27001 Lead Implementer) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of the ISMS.
• Define processes and controls to verify policy compliance and document gaps with remediation.
• Architect Information Security at Daikin EMEA.
• Coordinate and contribute to security-related projects & roadmap.
• Serve as the primary security liaison for specific business domains or sites, ensuring local compliance with global security policies.
• Serve as prime contact for internal and external audits, and contribute to ISO27001 certification readiness.
• Actively participate in the development of security governance.
• Provide security knowledge coaching to junior Information Security Specialists and other stakeholders.
