Job summary

Wolters Kluwer Belgium zoekt een Senior IT Security Analyst die deel uitmaakt van het Information Security team en rapporteert aan de IT Security Manager.

Je ondersteunt Governance, Risk & Compliance activiteiten en werkt aan security governance, compliance en risicobeheer, inclusief audits en voortdurende verbetering van processen.

Je coördineert audits, volgt bevindingen op en adviseert IT- en business-teams over security vereisten, met sterke focus op ISO 27001, NIS2 en ISAE/SOC rapportering.

Qualifications

• 4–6 jaar ervaring binnen Information Security, Cyber Security, IT Risk Management of Security Governance.
• Ervaring met audits, compliance-trajecten, control frameworks en risicobeheer.
• Pragmatische toepassing van governance- en compliancevereisten in een enterprise IT-omgeving.
• Volledige auditbevindingen, risico’s en verbeteracties nauwkeurig opvolgen en rapporteren.
• Goede schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatie in Engels met Nederlands of Frans.

Job description

Als Senior IT Security Analyst maak je deel uit van het Information Security team van Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting België en rapporteer je aan de IT Security Manager. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het ondersteunen van de Information Security Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) activiteiten binnen de organisatie.

De rol richt zich voornamelijk op compliance, auditondersteuning, risicobeheer, control monitoring en het continu verbeteren van de security Governance processen. Je werkt samen met interne stakeholders, auditors en internationale securityteams om ervoor te zorgen dat de organisatie voldoet aan relevante wet- en regelgeving, klantvereisten en security standaarden. Daarnaast ondersteun je de opvolging van risico's, auditbevindingen, uitzonderingen en verbeterinitiatieven en draag je actief bij aan een sterke security- en compliance cultuur binnen de organisatie.

Security Governance & Compliance

Ondersteunen en coördineren van interne en externe audits en security assessments.

• Bijdragen aan compliance-activiteiten rond: ISO 27001 NIS2 NIST Cybersecurity Framework ISAE 3402 / SOC-rapporteringen.
• Vertalen van compliance-, audit- en beveiligingsvereisten naar praktische controles en aanbevelingen.
• Opvolgen van auditbevindingen, actieplannen en verbeterinitiatieven.
• Verzamelen, valideren en documenteren van audit evidence en compliance documentatie.
• Adviseren van IT- en business teams inzake security governance, compliancevereisten en best practices.
• Ondersteunen bij het onderhouden en verbeteren van security policies, standaarden en procedures.

Security Risk & Vulnerability Management

• Identificeren, analyseren en opvolgen van security risico's, kwetsbaarheden en afwijkingen.
• Coördineren en opvolgen van vulnerability management activiteiten en remediation tracking in samenwerking met technische teams.
• Monitoren van remediation deadlines en afgesproken SLA's.
• Uitvoeren van risicoanalyses en formuleren van aanbevelingen voor risicobeperking.
• Evalueren en documenteren van security exceptions en risicoacceptaties.
• Ondersteunen van security incident reviews en lessons learned activiteiten.
• Bijhouden en onderhouden van risico- en exception registers.

Control Assurance & Compliance Monitoring

• Uitvoeren en ondersteunen van compliance- en security assessments.
• Valideren van de effectiviteit van security controls en bijbehorende documentatie.
• Ondersteunen van control testing en evidence-verzameling voor audits, certificeringen en klantvragen.
• Samenwerken met IT-, business- en internationale teams om compliancevereisten te implementeren en op te volgen.
• Monitoren van de status van compliance gerelateerde verbeteracties.
• Ondersteunen van initiatieven die bijdragen aan een hogere security- en compliance maturiteit.

Security Improvement & Innovation

• Bijdragen aan security verbeterprojecten en continue verbeterinitiatieven.
• Ondersteunen van initiatieven rond AI Security en verantwoord gebruik van AI-oplossingen.
• Opvolgen van nieuwe regelgeving, dreigingen en security trends die impact kunnen hebben op de organisatie.
• Bijdragen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van security richtlijnen, standaarden en governance processen.

Jouw profiel

• Je hebt 4 tot 6 jaar ervaring binnen Information Security, Cyber Security, IT Risk Management of Security Governance.
• Je bent vertrouwd met audits, compliance-trajecten, control frameworks en risicobeheer en weet deze pragmatisch toe te passen.
• Je voelt je thuis in een complexe enterprise IT-omgeving en begrijpt de uitdagingen die daarbij komen kijken.
• Je hebt ervaring met security governance en complianceprocessen en draagt actief bij aan de verdere maturiteit ervan.
• Je volgt auditbevindingen, risico's en verbeteracties nauwgezet op en zorgt ervoor dat deze leiden tot tastbare resultaten.
• Je communiceert vlot in het Engels in combinatie met Nederlands of Frans.
