Job summary

Wolters Kluwer zoekt een ervaren sales support/operations professional in België die dossiers beheert, offertes ondersteunt en klantdata coördineert. Je werkt nauw samen met sales, customer service en key accounts en bewaakt prijzen en ordergegevens.

Je beschikt over meerdere jaren ervaring in een vergelijkbare omgeving, met SAP-ervaring als must en SAP S/4HANA en Salesforce als troef. Een hybride werkomgeving met drie dagen thuiswerk biedt flexibiliteit en work-life balans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor werk- en denkniveau is vereist.
• Meerdere jaren ervaring in sales support, customer operations of commerciële administratie.

Responsibilities

• Beheren van complexe dossiers; analyseren van vragen over contracten, orders en klantdata.

• Onderhouden van procedures en kennisdatabanken; fungeren als kennisdrager voor collega’s.

Jouw rol

• Complexe dossiers beheersen. Je analyseert vragen over contracten, bestellingen, facturen en klantdata, onderzoekt oplossingen en rondt dossiers zelfstandig en zorgvuldig af.
• Sales en klanten vooruithelpen. Je ondersteunt offertes en prijssimulaties, volgt orders en transacties op en grijpt proactief in wanneer snelheid, duidelijkheid of kwaliteit onder druk staat.
• Processen slimmer maken. Je herkent terugkerende vragen en knelpunten, formuleert concrete verbeteringen en helpt nieuwe werkwijzen, applicaties en systemen testen en implementeren.
• Kennis laten groeien. Je houdt procedures, werkinstructies en kennisdatabanken actueel en fungeert als kennisdrager en informele coach voor collega’s.
• Stakeholders verbinden. Je bent een deskundig aanspreekpunt voor sales, customer service, channel partners en key accounts en communiceert ook complexe of gevoelige informatie helder.
• Data, producten en prijzen bewaken. Je bewaakt een correcte order-, leverings- en omzetregistratie.

Je bent een ervaren professional die inhoudelijke diepgang koppelt aan rust, eigenaarschap en commerciële voeling.

Je herkent jezelf in het volgende: Je beschikt over een bachelor werk- en denkniveau of hebt door relevante ervaring een vergelijkbaar niveau opgebouwd. Je hebt meerdere jaren ervaring binnen sales support, customer operations, commerciële administratie of een vergelijkbare omgeving. Je bent vertrouwd met complexe administratieve processen en het beheren van klant-, contract- en ordergegevens. Je voelt je thuis in CRM-, ERP- en contractmanagementsystemen. Ervaring met SAP is een must, ervaring met SAP S/4HANA en Salesforce is een duidelijke troef. Je bent analytisch sterk en weet complexe of onvolledige informatie snel te doorgronden en om te zetten naar werkbare oplossingen. Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en je hebt een goede kennis van het Frans. Je neemt initiatief, werkt zelfstandig en voelt je verantwoordelijk voor het resultaat.
