Editx is seeking a Senior IT Programme Manager based in Diegem, Belgium. This individual will be responsible for leading a flagship European Commission programme focused on Dataspace and AI, ensuring alignment with EU policy and managing a comprehensive budget exceeding €100M.

The role encompasses governance, partner management, and technical delivery within a multi-partner consortium, along with critical stakeholder relationships with the European Commission and 27 Member States.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading large-scale IT programs with a significant budget.
• Strong understanding of EU programme management frameworks and methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and partner organisations effectively.

Responsabilités

• Establish and chair the Programme Governance Board.
• Drive end-to-end programme execution from inception through deployment.
• Serve as the primary relationship owner and executive contact for EU counterparts.
• Oversee technical delivery of Dataspace architecture components.
• Manage the full programme budget including financial reporting.
