Keystone Solutions in Belgium is seeking a Project Lead Consultant to manage projects from needs assessment to solution deployment. You will lead workshops, map processes, and draft deliverables, while coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring alignment with the client's methodology.

The role emphasizes organizing delivery, monitoring progress, and proposing client-ready solutions that can be integrated into the existing environment.

Qualifications

• Agile capability at expert level with proven delivery
• BPMN modeling and process mapping experience
• Product Owner experience and backlog management
• Strong project management and coordination skills across teams
• Experience gathering requirements and translating to deliverables
• Proficient with TFS or similar ALM tools

Responsabilités

• Organize product delivery while meeting needs, quality, timeline, and budget and draft deliverables
• Monitor progress of project objectives
• Organize meetings and workshops to map business processes
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders about developments and issues
• Propose practical solutions and explain their impact
• Draft process-definition documents for implementation
• Ensure the solution matches agreed business needs and is integrable
• Coordinate with development teams and client environment constraints
