Qualifications

• Experience in leading functional analysis activities and documenting requirements.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear functional specifications and design artefacts.
• Strong knowledge of AGILE/SCRUM methodologies and how to apply them in projects.
• Proficiency in BPMN modeling and creating user-centric process flows.
• Experience writing user stories and managing acceptance criteria.
• Hands-on experience with UML for analysis and design.
• Proficiency with Confluence for documentation and collaboration.
• SQL knowledge for data understanding and basic querying.

Responsabilités

• Develop strong relationships with business stakeholders and project teams.
• Identify, analyze, describe, and validate existing processes and user needs.
• Translate requirements into functional analyses and application designs.
• Collaborate with technical teams to validate designs and translate to technical specs.
• Manage end-to-end delivery and documentation for new functionalities.
• Coordinate with business analysts and developers under project managers.
• Report status, manage risks, and escalate as needed.
