Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead and oversee complex IT programmes delivering strategic outcomes. You will govern multi-project initiatives, manage stakeholders, and ensure value realization through strong financial control and risk management.

The role requires a seasoned leader able to operate at strategic and operational levels, driving change, and aligning with senior executives across multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

Extensive experience leading complex IT programmes and large-scale transformations.
Strong governance, benefits realization, financial management, and risk management.
Experience with Agile, Scaled Agile, and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
Familiarity with enterprise architecture, digital solution lifecycles, and integration strategies.

Responsabilités

Establish and manage programme governance, steering committees, and escalation processes.
Lead delivery of large-scale IT programmes aligned with strategy and business goals.
Coordinate multiple projects and interdependent workstreams for optimal resource use.
Communicate status, risks, and benefits realization to executives and stakeholders.
