Qualifications

• Eight+ years of experience in organisational development or similar change leadership roles.
• In-depth knowledge of ITIL and COBIT processes.
• Experience with IT Service Management and Service Now.

Responsibilities

• Validate change requests, including testing, rollback plans and notice deadlines.
• Identify change conflicts and recommend suitable production deployment dates.
• Coordinate change review meetings.
• Communicate planned changes and significant production risks to stakeholders.
• Improve compliance with the change management process.
• Support operational teams using the change management tool.
