In4Matic is seeking an experienced ICT Strategy & Enterprise Architecture Consultant to support a major operating model transformation for a public sector client. You will assess the current IT organization, explore future operating models, and design a strategic roadmap for sustainable ICT service delivery.

You will engage senior stakeholders, balance governance with organizational autonomy, and define a governance framework, shared services, and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in ICT strategy or large-scale transformation programs.
• Expertise designing ICT operating models, shared services, and governance frameworks.
• Proven ability to perform scenario analyses and business capability assessments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in large public sector or highly regulated organizations is a strong asset.

Responsabilités

• Assess the current ICT organization and operating model.
• Develop and evaluate multiple future-state scenarios with cost, risk, and impact analyses.
• Define target enterprise architecture and strategic roadmap for the transformation.
• Define governance model, roles, responsibilities, and accountability across stakeholders.
• Benchmark shared service and public sector operating models for best practices.
• Develop a strategic vision for governance, funding, SLAs, and performance reporting.
• Prioritize ICT initiatives to align with the future operating model.
• Provide recommendations on data management, integration, and knowledge transfer.
