Keystone Solutions is seeking a consultant to lead a migration project for essential information tools, aimed at modernization and improved service continuity. The mission is client-site, guiding business process definitions and workshop facilitation.

The role requires expert-level Agile, BPMN, Product Owner, Project Management, and requirements gathering skills, with strong stakeholder communication and governance throughout the four-month period.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading transformation or migration projects.
• Expertise in eliciting business requirements and mapping current-to-future state processes.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Organize product delivery while respecting needs, quality, deadlines, and budget.
• Draft deliverables to clarify objectives for all stakeholders.
• Ensure follow-up of objectives and governance of the project.
• Organize meetings/workshops to map business processes and gather information.
• Communicate with stakeholders and report developments and issues.
• Propose solutions and explain impacts, with clear documentation for the project team.
• Draft process-definition documents enabling direct use by the implementation team.
• Ensure implemented solutions match the described solution with Business alignment.
• Ascertain proposed solutions are compatible with the environment and operating methods.
