Keystone Solutions seeks a Functional Analyst to support a migration project for the Compensation Service, including workshops, process mapping, and deliverables aligned with the agreed business needs.

You will organize meetings, document current and future state processes, and ensure the implemented solution matches the business requirements across multiple client environments. On-site, 4 months, part-time (4/5), with strong emphasis on communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing business processes and gathering requirements.
• Ability to run workshops and facilitate meetings.
• Proven ability to map current and future state processes.

Responsabilités

• Organize meetings and workshops to understand and map the business processes as desired by the organization.
• Draft necessary documents for process definition so that they can be directly utilized by analysts for solution implementation.
• Ensure throughout the project that the implemented solution aligns with the solution described in agreement with the Business.
