Nexeo is seeking an IT Project / Delivery Manager to lead delivery in a complex Agile banking environment. You will coordinate multiple squads, manage scope, budget and quality, and ensure on-time deliveries with stakeholders across IT and business teams.

Key aspects include governance, risk and dependency management, reporting dashboards and continuous process improvements within an Agile/Scrum framework. Fluency in English and French is preferred in this Belgian role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of IT project management experience.
• At least 3 years in a complex Agile environment.
• Proven end-to-end IT project delivery experience.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Banking industry experience is a strong advantage.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate IT deliveries across multiple squads.
• Ensure projects meet scope, timeline, quality and budget.
• Monitor risks, delays and dependencies.
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver milestones.
• Organize governance meetings and reporting.
• Provide delivery status dashboards and KPI reporting.
