Nexeo is seeking an IT Project Developer (Freelance or permanent) for a market leader in the banking sector in Belgium. The role involves designing, coding and maintaining software for enterprise IT solutions within an international environment.

You will work with Kotlin/Android in Agile teams, participate in unit testing, and contribute to installation, integration testing and quality reviews. English is mandatory; French/Dutch are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree is required.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management.
• Experience in Android development and Kotlin.
• Proficient in Agile environments and methodologies.
• Good experience with Scrum.
• English language is mandatory; French and/or Dutch are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Elaborate detailed technical designs.
• Develop new code or maintain existing code in required languages/tools.
• Unit testing of developed components.
• Estimate development workload or validate estimates by project/asset manager.
• Prepare installation in production including integration & assembly testing.
• Support test management and fix bugs during testing.
• Perform quality reviews of design and code from external suppliers.
• Document development activities (design, code, tests, reviews).

Description

• Elaboration of detailed technical design
• New development or maintenance of code in the required programming language, tool (e.g. a web content management system, a COBOL code generator, etc), or package (including package parameterization) according to enterprise standards, and considering required quality and performance levels.
• Unit testing
• Estimation of development workload – or validation of the workload estimated by the project or asset manager
• Elaboration of (or contribution to ~) the preparation of the installation in production – including integration and assembly testing
• Support test management in the execution of tests (including bug fixing)
• Quality review of detailed design and code provided by external suppliers
• Documentation of development activities (design, code, unit testing, code review)

Qualifications

• At least 5 yearsof experience in project management
• Experience in Android Development and with Kotlin
• Working in Agile environnement & methodologies
• Good experience working with Scrum
• English Mandatory (French and/or Dutch are a nice to have)
