Nexeo is seeking an IT Project / Delivery Manager to lead delivery in a complex Agile banking environment. You will coordinate multiple squads, manage scope, budget and quality, and ensure on-time deliveries with stakeholders across IT and business teams.

Key aspects include governance, risk and dependency management, reporting dashboards and continuous process improvements within an Agile/Scrum framework. Fluency in English and French is preferred in this Belgian role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of IT project management experience.
• At least 3 years in a complex Agile environment.
• Proven end-to-end IT project delivery experience.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Banking industry experience is a strong advantage.

Nexeo is currently looking for an IT Project / Delivery Manager

You will work within a complex Agile banking environment, supporting multiple squads and ensuring that projects and deliveries are completed on time, within budget and according to the expected scope and quality standards.

You will work closely with the IT Tribe Lead, Scrum Teams, technical teams and business stakeholders, acting as a key coordination point to ensure smooth delivery, effective governance and alignment with strategic objectives.

? Your Responsibilities

Project & Delivery Management

• Coordinate and oversee IT deliveries across multiple squads within the Tribe.
• Ensure that project commitments are respected in terms of scope, timeline, quality and budget.
• Monitor delivery progress and proactively identify potential risks, delays and dependencies.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure successful delivery of project milestones.
• Identify, escape and help remove impediments and blockers affecting project progress.
• Ensure efficient allocation and coordination of project resources.
• Maintain a clear overview of project status, dependencies and key milestones.

Agile Delivery

• Work within an Agile/Scrum environment and collaborate closely with Scrum Teams and Product Owners.
• Ensure delivery activities are aligned with Agile principles and organizational practices.
• Coordinate dependencies between different squads and stakeholders.
• Support teams in maintaining delivery commitments and addressing delivery challenges.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes and ways of working.
• Ensure alignment between Agile delivery and the Tribe's strategic objectives.

Governance, Security & Compliance

• Ensure project deliverables comply with security standards, internal policies and governance requirements.
• Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies and corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain project governance documentation.
• Organize and contribute to steering committees and governance meetings.
• Provide management with clear visibility on delivery status and potential risks.
• Ensure that decisions and actions are properly documented and followed up.

Reporting & Stakeholder Management

• Maintain regular communication with the IT Tribe Lead regarding project and delivery progress.
• Prepare and maintain delivery dashboards and KPIs.
• Consolidate project information from different squads and provide clear management reporting.
• Prepare and present progress updates, risks, issues and key decisions to steering committees.
• Coordinate communication between technical teams, business stakeholders and management.
• Act as a central point of contact for delivery-related topics.

? Your Profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT Project Management.
• At least 3 years of experience in a complex Agile environment.
• Proven experience managing IT projects and end-to-end deliveries.
• Strong experience coordinating cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Experience working in a large-scale or complex IT organization.
• Banking experience is a strong advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and dependencies simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of project governance, delivery management and risk management.

Mandatory:

• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including:

• Strong experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Proven expertise in IT Project Management and Delivery Management.
• Experience with Agile planning, reporting and delivery tracking.
