In this role you will connect leadership communication with employee and franchisee engagement, govern channels and routines, and partner with leaders to deliver high‑quality content at speed while protecting brand trust.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in internal communications or similar roles.
• Experience in multinational company or international agency.
• Proven ability to build processes and communication strategies.

Responsabilités

• Lead enterprise & leadership communications including strategy and messages.
• Support senior leaders with speeches and talking points.
• Coordinate governance, editorial planning and leadership routines.
• Engage employees, crew and franchisees to align with business priorities.
• Improve channel effectiveness and engagement across audiences.
• Oversee customer care with the agency partner.
