McDonald's Restaurants Belgium NV in Diegem, Brussels Area is seeking a Deployment Consultant to oversee, prepare and implement projects across restaurants, ensuring consistent execution to improve customer and employee experience and maximize sales and profit.

The role requires regular restaurant visits, strong relationship skills, and fluency in French with Dutch and English proficiency. Drive process improvements and coach teams to achieve milestones.

Qualifications

• Minimum Assistant Manager level
• Restaurant business experience
• Fluency in French and good level of Dutch and English

Responsabilités

• Build strong relationships with franchisees and restaurants based on trust and accountability
• Prepare restaurants for project implementation and initiatives
• Set up implementation plans and training materials
• Work with internal and external stakeholders
• Use key metrics to analyze impact on business results
• Ensure franchisee execution and compliance with Gold Standards
• Provide coaching and on-site support for programs
• Identify threats and opportunities for new project implementation via KPIs and feedback
