Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent is required.
• 5+ years of experience in a senior business/IT analyst role.
• Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Define and document business requirements and test cases.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and IT teams to ensure clarity of requirements.
• Challenge solutions with architects on transversal projects.
• Be a functional point of contact in the product team and align with business and IT.
• Ensure requirements are mature before handing to development and involve QA in planning tests.
• Escalate delivery risks and assist in defect resolution.
• Support smooth transition from project to maintenance and document applications.
