i-mens seeks an experienced Senior ICT Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery of large, complex projects. The role blends strategic direction with hands-on governance, coordinating management, technical experts and partners in a hybrid setup in Zwijnaarde and beyond.

We expect a technical Bachelor/Master with 10+ years leading development projects, including ICT or software, plus 5+ years in large programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master level in a technical or engineering field.
• At least 10 years leading development projects, ICT or software.
• 5+ years leading large programs with multi interdependencies.
• Strong stakeholder management and analytical ability.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex ICT projects and programs from initiation to delivery.
• Apply project-management methodologies and build practical, executable plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure governance, risk, budget and quality controls are maintained.
• Report project status and drive change in a structured way.
