Yellow5 is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to ensure a safe, healthy and compliant working environment at our Brussels site. The role involves risk assessments, audits, incident follow-up, and guidance to management on safety matters.

You will lead a team, deliver training, and ensure EN9100 and ISO 14001 compliance in a complex aerospace setting. Permanent or freelance position, based in Brussels, with responsibility across engineering offices, production workshops and a dedicated autonomous

Formación

• Master's degree in safety management, industrial engineering, environmental sciences or equivalent.
• 8 to 10 years of experience in a similar role.
• Level I Prevention Advisor certificate, or willingness to obtain it.
• Strong leadership and persuasive communication skills.
• Fluent in French and Dutch, with a good command of English.
• Eligible for required authorisations (export control and/or security clearance).
