Qualifications

• Minimum 8 to 15 years of experience in generalist HR.
• Experience in HR operations, payroll, and compensation & benefits.
• Strong command of Belgian social legislation.
• Autonomous working with strong management exposure.

Responsabilités

• Manage all operational HR processes including personnel administration.
• Ensure compliance with Belgian social legislation.
• Lead HR transformation projects adapting to organizational change.
• Maintain constructive dialogues with social partners.
