Sia Partners Belgium seeks bright consultants to deliver HR and Change management projects across multiple sectors. You will work on change programs, HR performance, recruitment, training, and HRIS implementations, contributing to client success across Belgium and beyond.

Qualifications

• University Master in Business Engineering or similar.
• 0.5 to 3 years’ experience as a consultant.
• Outstanding collaborative team player and good communication skills.
• Strong interest and experience in HR/Change.
• Analytical mind, able to explore options and synthesize conclusions.
• Autonomous, dynamic, result oriented, rigorous and committed.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics; eager to build expertise.
• Fluent/native Dutch and English languages.
• Willing to temporary assignments across Belgium and abroad (e.g. France).

Responsabilités

• Involved in projects across Financial Services, Energy & Utilities, Industry, Transport and Logistics.
• Lead change management: communication, training and support plan, digital/collaborative strategy.
• HR management and HR performance management: HR function organization, CSR, HR KPIs.
• HR development: recruitment, career, training.
• HR tools and information systems: project management and implementation.
• Social management: studies, HR document drafting, negotiation preparation.
